While I use message templates, my goal is to understand your group and target the message to their needs.
Three: Parameters clarified and expectations met.
I will communicate with you and your team to meet the needs of your group. Materials will be sent in a timely manner. When speaking, I will stick to your timeframe and other parameters you specify.
